• The Mister Sparky Electrician  entering your home has passed a thorough background check. So you know the electrician that you are allowing into your home is not a criminal. Unlike some companies that will hire just about anyone and then send him to your home. Don't hire anyone that will have access to your home and family that has not been background checked!

• Only 1 out of 50 of those who apply is hired. Even though our background check and drug testing program eliminates many candidates from working for us. The number one reason a prospective technician is not hired is due to lack of technical  knowledge. These so called electricians did not go find a new profession, they most likely found another electrical company with lower standards to hire them.

• The Mister Sparky Electrician with whom you’re entrusting your family’s and your home’s safety participates in our drug-testing program. As crazy as it sounds many contractors providing in home service for homeowners do not have a drug testing program. You have no way of knowing unless you ask.

• We don’t hire anyone we don’t want working in our own homes. You can rest assured that the electrician we send to your home is friendly, honest and trustworthy.
